Upon receipt of a refund request, the devs will initiate an investigation, utilizing the provided logs to ascertain the cause of the malfunction.
Refund Decision:
If the investigation confirms a genuine issue with the App's functionality on the user's device, the Company reserves the right to process a refund promptly.
Denial of Refund:
Refunds will not be granted if the issue arises from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or alterations made to the App by the user.
Dispute Resolution:
Any attempt by a user to seek a refund through means outside the designated refund process, including but not limited to contacting their card issuer or payment provider to initiate a chargeback, will be considered a breach of this Refund Policy. In the event of such a breach, the Company reserves the right to take necessary legal action to recover any losses incurred, suspend the user's access to the App, and restrict future purchases or services.

Users will be promptly notified of the refund decision within a specified timeframe following the submission of logs for investigation.
